1. General provisions

The organizer of the trips is Clever Training Sp. z o.o., registered at ul. Wczasowa 34, Bydgoszcz, Poland, in the Polish Central Register of Tourism Organizers and Intermediaries (CEOTiPO) under number 42246. Tax ID (NIP): 9532786916, REGON: 520772585, KRS: 0000941682.

Details of the Organizer's financial security for travelers are provided in section 6 of these Terms.

These Terms & Conditions govern participation in trips organized by the Organizer and form an integral part of the package travel contract.

2. Booking and payment

A package travel contract is concluded once signed by the participant (or their legal representative) and upon payment of a deposit or full amount as specified for the given trip. Specific payment terms (deposit amount, balance due date) are set individually per trip.

3. Cancellation and changes

Participants may withdraw from the contract before the trip begins. Depending on the timing of cancellation, costs actually incurred by the Organizer (e.g. deposits paid to carriers, hotels, guides) may be deducted. Specific cancellation and refund terms are provided with each offer.

4. Participant rights and obligations

Participants must follow the trip itinerary, instructions from the tour leader/guide, and local rules at each destination. The Organizer reserves the right to modify the itinerary for reasons beyond its control (e.g. weather, administrative decisions), while maintaining an equivalent standard of trip.

5. Complaints

Participants may submit a complaint about non-conformity of travel services in writing or by email (patentnapodroz@gmail.com) within a reasonable time after the trip ends. Complaints are handled in accordance with applicable law.

6. Financial protection

In accordance with the Polish Act of 24 November 2017 on package travel and linked travel arrangements, the Organizer holds financial security for travelers in the form of an insurance guarantee issued by UNIQA S.A., with a guarantee sum of PLN 213,340 (equivalent of EUR 50,000), valid from 1 November 2025 to 31 October 2026.

The guarantee covers the cost of travelers' return to the country and the refund of payments made by travelers in the event of the Organizer's failure to perform its contractual obligations. The Organizer also pays contributions to the Tourist Guarantee Fund and the Tourist Aid Fund. The current status of the security can be verified in the Polish Central Register of Tourism Organizers (registration number: 42246).

8. Final provisions

Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by the Polish Civil Code and the Act on Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements. Disputes will be resolved by the court competent for the Organizer's registered seat or the consumer's place of residence, as applicable under law.
